David Hill

David Hill, 82, of Hopewell, died at 11:17 A.M. on Tuesday September 5, 2017, at Genesis Hospice-Morrison House, Zanesville. He was born May 23, 1935, in Zanesville, OH a son of the late David B. and Alma Jordan Hill. He worked for Rockwell International for 30 years. David was a devoted member of Hopewell Free Methodist Church and Kountry Kamper Square Dancers.

Surviving are his wife, Flora Russell Hill; a son Russell (Delaine) Hill of Crooksville; a granddaughter, Jordann Hill; and a brother Jack (Alice) Hill.

In addition to his parents David was preceded in death by a daughter Peggy Jo Hill; a half brother, Vernon Hill and two half sisters, Eileen Riley and Helen Slifka.

No calling hours will be held. A Cremation-With-Care has taken place and a celebration of life will be held in the near future at the Hopewell Free Methodist Church.
