Fall in Love with Fallon!
ZANESVILLE, OH –Get ready to ‘Fallon’ Love with this week’s dog of the week.
Meet Fallon, a 3-year-old terrier mix who is the adoption center’s longest resident. Fallon has been at the adoption center since May 19, 2024, and is looking for her forever home.
“Today we have Fallon, three years old. Already spayed, good with kids,” K9 Adoption center volunteer Doug McQuaid said. “She would need to be the only dog in the home, so we just want to let everyone know that. Seems to be a little bit scared at first when she first comes up to meet you, but with a little bit of patience and just coming up to her slowly, she seems to warm up to everybody.”
This sweet girl may take a bit to warm up to you, but once she’s comfortable, her personality shines. She loves her toys and enjoys treats. When adopting a dog, ensuring their safety and security is important, which makes dog licenses a key consideration.
“I hate to say it, but as of January 31st, dog licenses as of February 1st went up to 32 dollars for the rest of this year until we start over in December. So, we always tell you that dog licenses are so important for returning your dogs, to be able to get it done quickly. A lot of times, even if we find the dog in the neighborhood and we know where it belongs, if you are home, we will return the dog to you instead of even bringing them to our facility,” said McQuaid.
Fallon is waiting for someone special to give her the love and home she deserves. If you think you could be the perfect fit for her, please contact the K9 adoption center for more information.
