Fund in Hit-Skip Victim’s Name

A memorial fund has been set up at Community Bank in David Savage Jr.’s name. You can donate at any branch. The 18-year-old was found dead early Sunday morning on State Route 93 in Perry County after it appears he was hit by a vehicle. Authorities have yet to locate the person who hit Savage.
