Governor John Kasich At Halliburton Groundbreaking

A groundbreaking ceremony was held in Muskingum County for the new Halliburton Facility.  It will be built in the Eastpointe Industrial Park and will bring 300 jobs to this area.  The Groundbreaking occured just after 2 p.m Tuesday.  More details to come.
