Hearing Sentenced in Common Pleas Court
A Zanesville man was sentenced to life in prison without parole plus 27 years.
In March, Robert Hearing was found guilty during a bench trial in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court, on 8 counts pandering obscenity involving a minor, two counts illegal use of a minor in nudity oriented material or performance, gross sexual imposition and rape of a victim less than 10.
Hearing must also register as a Tier III sex offender. The crimes occurred in July 2021.
