Help Needed for Fourth of July Calendar of Events

Our station is putting together a Fourth of July celebrations page and we need you to send us your schedule!

We need everything from parades, picnics and of course, fireworks displays. Communications Manager at WHIZ, Sara Shallcross said we always strive to be a place the community can turn to and this is just one way we like to do that.

“I really want to get out there and let people know that you can head on to our website and find information like this and we really just want to be that community resource for people for where they can find all this information and, just, if you guys are putting on any community events, any local gatherings for communities where you live, please feel free to send them in. We want to put these up on the website, help promote them, help make people aware that these events are going on.”
