Hennessey Recipient of Dick Johnson Award

The recipient of this year’s Dick Johnson Civic Leadership Award has been announced.

The Muskingum County Community Foundation said Pat Hennessey will be honored Friday during their annual Groundhog Day Celebration at Zane State College Campus Center.

Hennessey is a lifelong resident of Zanesville, serving on Zanesville City Council and is a past president of the Young Republicans of Muskingum County and the Muskingum County Republican Club. He’s also served on the State Central Committee 20th District and is currently president of the Muskingum County Board of Elections.

The Johnson Award was established by the MCCF Board of Trustees in 2000 to honor an individual who exhibits exceptional civic leadership in Muskingum County.
