High Speed Chase Charges

Muskingum County Sheriff Matt Lutz says the man arrested in connection with a high speed chase this week has been identified. The Sheriff says 38-year-old Reggie Foster of Logan is charged with failure to comply and having an expired driver’s license. Lutz says Wednesday night an off duty Zanesville Police Officer spotted a vehicle on State Route 146 near Dillon State Park that was connected to a known felony warrant out of Hocking County. The officer contacted the sheriff’s office and when deputies arrived a high speed chase ensued and ended in Licking County where Foster was arrested. Lutz says Foster has a criminal history that includes multiple charges including possession of marijuana and illegal manufacture of drugs.
