Home Invasion Suspects Plead Not Guilty
Two Zanesville people charged in connection with a home invasion say they are not guilty. The Muskingum County Prosecutor’s Office says that Robert Horton Jr and Maliekka Harris face multiple charges including complicity to felonious assault, improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle and possession of drugs. Zanesville Police say on September 7th around 4:00 am a home invasion happened at 1628 Owens Street Apartment A. Investigators say 8 minutes later three suspects were taken into custody and guns were recovered, Judge Kelly Cottrill set Harris’ bond at $50,000 and Horton’s bond at $100,000.
