How To Stick With Your New Year Fitness Goal
We are already in the first week of 2015, and many people are hoping to get off to a good start with their new year fitness resolutions.
We made a visit to the Fieldhouse Friday to talk to Kip Kimble, a 24-year personal trainer. He gave us some tips on how to stay motivated and push through those workouts during the new year.
“Try to work out with a partner if they can because that way they kind of force each other to be here if one is not, the other one will kind of make them come. So that can help sometimes.”
According to Kimble, many people begin their fitness goals in December and last until March. Kimble says they are hoping to extend that deadline and added that it’s always important to set personal goals.
“It’s important to set a goal because that way you’re more motivated and it kind of drives you in that fashion for you.”
It’s never too late to set those goals for yourself. If you would like to learn more about membership to the Fieldhouse, you can visit the website: www.zanesvillefieldhouse.com
