Hydrant Flushing on Thursday

Some residents of Zanesville may experience discolored water and reduced pressure on Thursday.

The Zanesville Fire Department said they’ll be flushing hydrants within the areas of Fess Street, Pine Street, Westwood Drive, Maysville Avenue, Echo Avenue, Arthur Street, Clay Street, Race Circle, National Way, June Parkway and all side streets in the area to the city limits.

Flushing will be from 7:30am to 2:30pm. It’s advised to wait until after 4pm for the water to clear before doing laundry.
