I-70 Lane Closures in Zanesville

Drivers on Interstate 70 around Zanesville will travel through construction this week.

The Ohio Department of Transportation announced that starting Monday, June 15, I-70 will be reduced to one lane through Zanesville. There will also be some ramp closure to allow for pavement repairs and annual bridge inspections. ODOT expects lanes to reopen by the end of the day Wednesday. 

Here is a complete schedule of the upcoming work: 

On Monday, June 15, the Exit 152 Eastbound Ramp will close at 10:00 a.m. and reopen at 1:00 p.m., weather permitting. East and Westbound on I-70 will experience lane restrictions.

On Tuesday, June 16, the 6th Street on Ramp and Exit 153B Ramp will close from 3:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., weather permitting. Westbound on I-70 will experience lane restrictions. Maple Avenue to I-70 will close from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., weather permitting.

On Wednesday, June 17, I-70 Eastbound will experience lane restrictions.
