Ida Agnes McKenzie (June 11, 1924 – September 23, 2010)

Ida Agnes McKenzie 86, of Zanesville passed away on Thursday September 23, 2010 at her residence. She was born in Olympia, Kentucky on June 11, 1924 to the late Andrew Jackson and Ethelene Cardwell Swartz. She was the owner of the Victor McKenzie Drilling Company and was loved by all who knew her.
She is survived by a son; Joe W. (Esther) Myers of Centerville, three daughters; Vickie (Elmer) Gibson of Zanesville, Mary (Steve) Acheson of Nashport and Sandra (Kevin) Van Horn of Nashport. 10 Grandchildren; Andonia, Damon and Shane Gibson, Ida Danielle Shalosky, Jon J. Acheson, Natalie Van Horn, Steven, Lori and E. J. Myers and Barbie Curtis. Sisters; Loretta Cooley of Norwich and Dema Swartz of Indiana. Several nieces and Nephews. A special caregiver Jessica Henderson.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband Victor McKenzie, five brothers and five sisters.
Visitation will be held on Sunday September 26, 2010 from 2-4 & 6-8PM and from 1- 2 PM Monday September 26, 2010 at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME 1150W. MILITARY ROAD ZANESVILLE, OHIO
Funeral Services will be held on Monday September 26, 2010 at 2:00PM in the Snouffer Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Joe DiVincenzo officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Paul Cemetery
