Investigators Locate Body of Missing Mom

The search for a missing Logan woman that led investigators into Perry, Morgan and Muskingum counties has taken a sad turn. Investigators from the Logan Police Department said they have located the body of Summer Inman just off of US 33 in Athens County less than a mile from the Hocking County line.

Investigators at the scene are conducting the investigation and crime scene processing. Inman disappeared March 22nd.

Inman’s estranged husband and in-laws all face a charge of kidnapping in her disappearance. Police said they were seen on a car wash surveillance video appearing to vacuum and make alterations to their car the morning after she went missing.

A press conference has been called for Wednesday morning.
