James Steven “Jim” Moore I, 46, Went home to be with his Lord at 7:33pm Friday Sept. 23, 2011 at Genesis Hospital Emergency Room.

Jim was born in Zanesville on November 4, 1964 the beloved son Jerry and Janice (Dudley) Moore of Zanesville.

Jim was a 1983 graduate of Philo High School and MAJVS he was 1983 state qualifier in wrestling, he enjoyed woodworking and watching his sons sporting events and spending time with his daughter Joesy.

In addition to his parents, Jim leaves behind a son James Steven Moore II of Zanesville, a daughter Joesy Lee Eileen Moore of Zanesville, a brother Jerry Moore Jr of Zanesville, a sister Jeni (C.P) Brown of Chandlersville and niece and nephew Shelby and john Brown of Chandlersville.

Jim is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Gene and Margaret Dudley and his paternal grandparents Marshall and Alice Wickham and Arthur Moore.

A private service for the immediate family will be held with a caring cremation to follow.

Jim gave the gift of life thru organ and tissue donations.
