The lone underclassman from John Glenn’s state championship starting lineup has moved to the Ohio Capital Conference.

Junior guard JahVon Blevins is attending school and will play basketball at Pickerington High School Central. Blevins told WHIZ that he has moved to Pickerington and will be eligible to play for the Tigers at the start of the 2016-17 season.

Blevins earned special mention all-East District honors for the Muskies as a sophomore. He scored nine points and grabbed five rebounds in John Glenn’s state championship triumph over Akron St. Vincent-St. Mary.

The Muskies must now replace their entire starting lineup. Drew Rackley (UNC Asheville), Matt Weir (Air Force), Tanner Slack (Mount Union) and Austin Blatt (Hiram) graduated in May and will continue their basketball careers at the collegiate level.

Pick Central fell to eventual state champ Westerville South in the Division I regional semifinal in March. The Tigers churned out a pair of D-I college prospects in Ibi Watson (Michigan) and Jalen Tate (Northern Kentucky).
