Jones Pleads Guilty in Assault

A Columbus man originally charges as a co-offender in a shooting last December appeared in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court.  19-year-old Kaleonte Jones pled guilty Wednesday to one count of felonious assault and one count of having a weapon while under disability. Common Pleas Judge Mark Fleegle ordered a pre-sentence investigation and continued Jones’ bond at one-million dollars.
