Julia Marguerite (Moore) Paxson
Julia Marguerite (Moore) Paxson, 77, joined her husband Bob in heaven about 3:30 PM on January 3, 2020 at Genesis. Julia was born May 1, 1942. She was the daughter of the late Otto Glen (aka ‘Poppy) and Marguerite (Dover) Moore. She had lung cancer and pneumonia. Julia enjoyed being a homemaker after working briefly at Omega Cleaners. She enjoyed puzzle books, jigsaw puzzles, computer games, watching MASH and Murder She Wrote on television. She loved listening to country music. Julia married Robert Paxson on May 15, 1970. Bob passed away March 24, 2017. She is survived by three sons, Robert Young, James (Dawn Marie Carpenter) Paxson, Daniel (Tina) Paxson, and one daughter, Amanda (Jason) Paxson Hayes. She had one stepdaughter, Sharon Paxson (Steve) Tinnell of Holly Hill. Florida. She has six grandchildren, Eric Paxson, Christina (Paxson) Goding, Robert Young, Jr., Daniel Young, Brandon Young, and Marissa Young. She had two step-grandchildren, Melinda “Mindy” Reed (Larry) Pennett of Florida, and Shawn (Kim) Reed of Florida. She is survived by several step-great grandchildren. Siblings include Otto George Moore, John William Moore, who proceeded her in death and Alice Louvina (Moore) Nance, who survives.. Julia made the choice to donate her body to medical science at Wright State University. No calling hours will be held per her wishes.
