Jury Finds Man Not Guilty of Attempted Murder

A Muskingum County Jury has found a Columbus area man not guilty of attempted murder.
 

However the Jury Thursday did find 28-year-old Rarecole Brown of Reynoldsburg  guilty of felonious assault and having a weapon while under disability.
 

Brown was on trial in connection with a shooting this past June at an apartment on Maple Avenue. Police say 28-year-old Justin Minor was shot in the chest. Brown was arrested a few days later at a Columbus hotel.
 

Judge Mark Fleegle ordered a pre-sentence investigation in the case.
 

Brown is being held in the Muskingum County Jail.
