Kelly Architectural Damaged by Fire

S. Zanesville- A building that housed an architectural company in Zanesville caught fire Friday morning.

The fire took place at Kelly Architectural Services on Pinkerton Lane around 2:40am. The South Zanesville Fire Department Chief Russell Taylor said the fire was spotted by a passerby. When they arrived on scene it was a working fire in what would have been in the living room area.

The fire spread into the upstairs. Chief Taylor said after investigation it was determined the fire began in a desk area. Chief Taylor said due to the damage to the front of the building, it will need to be torn off.

South Zanesville was assisted on the scene by the Zanesville and Washington Township Fire Departments.
