Lady Bishops roll in opening tournament game

ZANESVILLE, Ohio – The Rosecrans Lady Bishops hadn’t played in two weeks but didn’t show it in their opening tournament win over Toronto.

The fourth seeded Bishops easily took down fifteenth seed Toronto 81-36 at Rogge Gymnasium. Abby Hutcheson scored a game high 27 points in the victory.

With the win Rosecrans advance to the next round and on Saturday will travel to third seeded Frontier. The Cougars took down Shenandoah 46-34 in their first game. Saturday’s game starts at 7 p.m.
