Lady Dawgs win first tourney game; Zanesville’s season comes to an end

For the Tri-Valley Lady Scotties, their season will continue for at least one more game. For the Zanesville boys team, their season comes to an end in a heartbreaking defeat.

The Scotties won at home in their opening tournament game 55-45 over River View. The third seeded Scotties will take on Morgan on Wednesday at a location to be announced.

The Zanesville Blue Devils boys team took on the higher seeded Eagles of New Albany just ultimately lost in overtime 53-49. Zanesville finishes the season with a record of 11-12.
