Lightning Strike Brothers Serious

Two Perry County men burned after lightning struck in their backyard last night remain in the hospital.

Grant Medical Center officials say 19-year-old Sean Savage and his 17-year-old brother David Savage both are listed in serious condition tonight.

Relatives tell Whiz News that lightning hit in the backyard of a home at 231 Sand Street.

The two brothers along with four other people were outside when the lightning struck.

Both brothers suffered severe burns.

One other male was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital, but his condition and name are not available.
