Local Man Pleads Not Guilty to Felonious Assault

 39-year-old Duane Johnson of  Zanesville appeared Wednesday in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court for an arraignment hearing.
 

Johnson entered not guilty pleas to charges of felonious assault and endangering children. Both charges carry a repeat violent offender specification.
 

Court records show the incident occurred between July 13th and 18th of  2010.
 

Johnson’s bond was continued at $200,000.
