Lucky’s Bar To Hold Super Bowl Party

WHIZ is teaming up with Lucky’s Bar and Ticket Crush this Sunday for a Super Party to help locals cheer on the Patriots and Seahawks.

The party will take place from 12PM to 5PM. Large topping pizzas can be ordered for a discounted price of $8, there will also be drink specials. Co-Owner Cara Dodson told us they have a lot to offer the community for the big game.

“The fabulous food, the great atmosphere and we’ve got the large big screen TV’s. We’ve got plenty of them. We’ve got a couple out on the patio. I know its going to be cold. The atmosphere is great and the staff’s wonderful.”

We are expecting quite a significant snowfall this Sunday, but Dodson says don’t let the weather scare you away, they will still be open and celebrating the snowy Superbowl Sunday. Tom Strock of WHIZ told us it is an honor to be able to partner for the party.

“The Super Bowl is–really it’s event television. People have Super Bowl parties and they’re few and far between. Every couple years we get the Super Bowl and having Lucky’s involved and ticket crush involved as sponsors of the big tailgate party, gives us an opportunity to connect with the public.”

If you stop by Lucky’s, you’ll be entered in a drawing to win four tickets for the Cav’s versus Phoenix game and a limousine ride to Cleveland and back. Door prizes will also be given out at the party.
