Man Pleads Guilty to Rape

A Zanesville man pleads guilty to rape and kidnapping.

Monday in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court 44-year-old James Rhodman admitted to both charges. The incident happened in June of this year.

Judge Kelly Cottrill classified Rhodman as a Tier III sex offender, which means he must register every 90 days for life. Judge Cottrill also ordered a pre-sentence investigation. Bond is continued at $500,000.
