Man Pleads Not-Guilty in July Robbery
A 28-year-old man was in Muskingum County Common Pleas court Wednesday on charges stemming from a robbery last summer.
Anthony Nichols II pled not-guilty to a first-degree-felony charge of aggravated robbery, a first-degree-felony charge of kidnapping and a misdeamenor charge of theft in front of Judge Kelly Cottrill.
Authorities say on July 31, 2009 Nichols robbed the Four Buddies gas station on State Street.
Assistant Prosecutor Ron Welch says Nichols is currently serving a ten year prison sentence on two robbery charges and an abduction charge from an incident in Washington County.
