Man Shot to Death
The Licking County Sheriff’s Office investigates the shooting death of a Pataskala man.
Deputies responded to 77 West Fieldstone Drive on a reported shooting incident around 3:00am July 17th.
That’s when deputies found 50-year-old Richard Reeb inside the home with a single fatal gunshot wound.
48-year-old Sherrie Chafin-Eucker who also lived at the home told authorities the shooting was an accident.
Deputies said upon investigation the evidence didn’t suport her story. A warrant was issued for her arrest and she turned herself over to the Licking County Sheriff’s Office shortly after.
