Marcia Heiner

Marcia Anne Muffitt Heiner, 75, of Mt. Perry passed away at 5:40 P.M. on December 24, 2017 at Newark Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center, Newark. She was born June 28, 1942 a daughter of the late John and Helen Moxham Muffitt.

She is survived by three sons, Russ Starner, Ken (Carrie) Starner, and Terry Mitzel; two step-daughters, Selina Heiner Fink and Wendy Heiner Harman; three grandchildren, Addison Starner, Aiden Starner and Benjamin Mitzel.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Marvin C. Heiner and the father of her children Charles R. Starner.

No services will be held, a Cremation-With-Care has taken place. BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY have been entrusted with all arrangements.
