Mary A. Huddleston, 72 of Zanesville , left this world to go to heaven at 10:55 AM Friday, September 16, 2011 at Ohio State University Hospital Columbus OH.

She was born Tuesday, September 27, 1938 in Dayton the daughter of Charles and Rebecca (McQueen) Lamb.

She was a homemaker, also had worked as a cook for several restaurants and loved traveling to Kentucky to visit family.

Mary is survived by 5 children, John (Joyce) Matlock of Dayton, Rebecca (Rick) Peddicord of Hopewell, Elsie (Donald) Maynard of Zanesville, Scott Matlock of Dayton, and Earl (Toni) Matlock of McConnelsville. 23 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and a great great grandson. Two sisters Dorothy Matlock of Barbourville KY and Barbara Wood of Dayton and a brother Dick Lamb of Barbourville KY. Several nieces and nephews; her pet dog “Sissy”.

Preceded in death in addition to her parents were a daughter Mary Spencer and a son Jerome Matlock.

Visitation will held Thursday Sept. 22nd from 12 noon to 2:00pm. with Funeral Service to immediately follow at 2:00 PM at Hillis & Hardwick Funeral Home 935 Forest Ave. Burial will conclude in the Zanesville Memorial Park Zanesville OH .
