Mega Millions Drawing On Christmas

ZANESVILLE, Ohio – Lots of people across the country will be wishing for a big Christmas present this year, to win the Mega Millions Drawing.

The Mega Millions drawing is tomorrow, falling on Christmas Day, and lots of people here at home have already been buying their tickets.

“Today, there have been a lot of buying Christmas gifts, Mega and Powerball. Like eighty percent today. So it’s been a pretty big sell the last two to three days,” said Manager of Mother Tucker’s, Mark Lane.

The jackpot for Mega Millions now stands at about 321 million dollars, and 294 million for Powerball. The odds of winning the Mega Millions Jackpot are quite slim, but even so, people are still gifting the tickets for their friends and family.

“Mainly for Christmas, like I said the last two days have been really, really hot. They’re buying gifts for all their kids,” Lane added.
