Michael A. Abella

Michael A. Abella, 69, of Crooksville, passed away unexpectedly Friday, March 10, 2023, at Genesis Perry County Emergency Room after a sudden illness. He was born on November 13, 1953, in Zanesville to the late Tom and Margaret (Bash) Abella. Mike owned and operated his own semi-truck and was contracted with Eastern Trucking Company for employment. He is survived by his girlfriend of 7 years, Shelby Rutter; son and daughter-in-law, Jason (Elissa) Abella; grandchildren, Hunter (Jamison) Washington, Wyatt (Bailey Joseph) Abella, Shelby Abella, Carter and Cooper Wilson; brothers, Joe (Cynthia) Abella, Emmett (Linda) Abella, and sisters, Jay (Brent Moore) Abella, and Vashti (Dan Miller) Abella; mother of his children, Terri Abella. Welcoming him into Heaven were his son, Eric D. Abella, parents and special niece, Molly J. Abella. Calling hours will be held Wednesday, March 15, 2023, from 6pm -8pm at Ross-Frash Funeral Home, 33 N. Main Street, Roseville.
