Miss Cuyahoga Valley Heading to Mansfield

Tomorrow is the send off day for Miss Cuyahoga Valley

Zanesville native, Danielle King, said she is all ready to go as dancing at the Miss Ohio Pageant. She’s been doing that for the past two years and says that has prepared her for the week long event.

“[It] Made me realize to myself that I could do this, and I could stand up for my platform which is Emphasize the Possibilities and making sure that young adults or anybody with down syndrome is being socially accepted into our community,” she said.

Despite being there the past years, King has never participated in the pageant. She said that leaves her a bit nervous.

“I’m extremely nervous but I’m outgoing so here we go.” Then, while giving a fist pump, she exclaimed “all or nothing.”
