Carly has been found safe.

NEWARK, Ohio – The Newark Division of Police is requesting assistance from the public to help locate a missing woman.

Carly E. Moore, 19-years-old, from Newark is described as a white female, 5 feet and 8 inches tall with strawberry/blonde hair. Carly was last seen by family on April 15th, 2019 in the evening hours.
