Missing 81-Year-Old Man Found

The Muskingum County Emergency Management Agency says the missing 81-year-old man has been found.  A State Highway Patrol Trooper found Richard Webb safe and took him home.

The Muskingum County Emergency Management Agency and the Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office are looking for a missing 81-year-old man.  His name is Richard Webb and he was last seen at the Muskingum County Fair.  He is described as white, 6’5” and around 200 pounds.  He is wearing a red coat and tan pants.  As of 1:30 p.m. Wednesday he had been missing around 60 minutes.  His home is on the north end of Zanesville.  Anyone who sees this man is asked to call 9-1-1 and report it.
