Missing Zanesville Resident

Zanesville, OH- The Zanesville Police Department wants the community to be on the lookout for a missing person.

Detective Sgt. Phil Michel said 54-year-old Richard Heagen was last seen on Gray street at around 8:20pm on March 19th. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a black t-shirt with an American flag and a black hooded sweat shirt.

Heagan is described as being 6’02, 350 pounds with brown hair and green eyes.
