Most Wanted Suspect in Court

A Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office most wanted suspect from December was arraigned in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court Wednesday.

28-year-old Scott Allen Hopper pled not-guilty to a fourth-degree-felony charge of trafficking in crack cocaine. Judge Kelly Cottrill set his bond at $50,000.

Hopper remains in the Muskingum County Jail.
