Motorcycle Accident Injures One

Muskingum Co.- A Hopewell man sustained serious injuries in a motorcycle crash.

According to the Zanesville Post of the State Highway Patrol the accident took place before 10pm Saturday night.

The patrol said 32-year-old Brandon Kimble was traveling south on County Road 8 when he drove left of center into the path of a northbound vehicle.

The second vehicle was driven by 40-year-old Marcus Cook of Zanesville.

According to patrol Sgt. Jeff Jirles, Kimble was flown by Med-Flight from the scene to Grant Medical Center. Cook was not injured.

The crash remains under investigation.
