Murder Suspect Back In Muskingum County
Muskingum County Prosecutor Mike Haddox says the Columbus man charged in 19-year-old Tyler Hardin’s death was brought back to Muskingum County Tuesday morning. Haddox says 24-year-old Terrell Nowlin made an initial appearance in County Court and a preliminary hearing was set for next week. He is charged with one count of aggravated murder with a gun specification. Nowlin’s wife, Heather Nowlin, who is 19-years-old is in the Muskingum County jail facing one count of complicity of aggravated murder in the July 10th death of Hardin. Haddox say Mrs. Nowlin’s case goes before a grand jury Wednesday and Mr. Nowlin’s case will be before a grand jury next Wednesday. Both are being held on one million dollars bond each. Meanwhile the autopsy on Hardin was expected to be completed today at the Franklin County Coroner’s Office in Columbus. Muskingum County Coroner Dr. Perry Kalis declined to comment on the case since it is still under investigation.
