Muskies Defeat John Carroll in Three
It was a truly hard fought win in straight sets for the Muskingum Muskies women’s volleyball team Wednesday night.
They took down the visitors from John Carroll 25-16, 25-20, 25-23 to improve to 7-6 on the season.
Leading the Muskies was senior Brooke Bigrigg with nine kills. Junior Emma Dunham added seven kills. Sophomore Reagan Flood chipped in six kills and fellow sophomores Khloe Taylor and Hannah Gove each added four kills apiece.
Senior Erin Dickson led the Muskies with 11 assists and junior Emma Conrad added nine assists of her own.
The Muskies will hit the court again Saturday, September 25 when they travel to Transylvania and participate in the Fall Pioneer Classic. The Muskies will face Transylvania at 12:00 p.m. and Hanover at 5:00 p.m.
