Muskingum County Sheriff Matt Lutz has issued a Code RED — That means:

Roadway conditions have severely worsened. Inclement weather has affected the treatment and/or clearing of roadways. Roadways will remain hazardous until further notice. It is recommended that only emergency and safety crews be on the roadways.
