ZANESVILLE, OH – Whether you’re new to Medicare or looking to make the most of your existing coverage, the Muskingum County Library’s Medicare 101 event is the perfect opportunity for you.

During this event, a local Medicare expert will guide you through the complexities of the healthcare program while covering a wide range of topics and answering any questions you may have.

“We have brought in a local expert to come help you navigate some of the intricacies, or even just answer some of the questions that folks might have about Medicare, whether or not you are already on Medicare or looking to enroll in Medicare. This is open enrollment for Medicare as well,” MCLS Marketing and Community Relations Director, Sean Fennell said.

Medicare 101 will take place on Thursday, November 9th at the John McIntire Library in Zanesville. There will be two sessions, one starting at 10:30 AM and the other at 1:00PM. Registration is required.

“We’re trying to connect our community with recourses and information. One way we can do that is by bringing in local experts to be able to help people navigate some of the more difficult things that are happening with Medicare. Health care in general is pretty complicated,” Fennell said.

You can register for Medicare 101 by going to Muskingum County Library System website.
