Muskingum County most wanted suspect

ZANESVILLE, Ohio–The Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the publics help in locating a most wanted suspect.

Authorities are currently searching for 30-year-old Emmanuel J. Williams of Nashport.

Williams, who is a registered sex offender, is wanted on a felony warrant for failure to register a change of address and tampering with records.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office at (740)452-3637.
