Nashport Man Sentenced in Concession Stand Break-Ins
A Nashport man appeared in court Monday for sentencing after pleading guilty in March to 20 charges in connection with several area break-ins.
19-year-old Austin Mooney was sentenced to 3 years community control and 90 days in jail by Muskingum County Common Pleas Judge Kelly Cottrill.
Mooney was arrested back in September of 2010 for break-ins at several concession stands in Muskingum and Perry counties.
Two co-defendants in the case Tammy Lewis and Robert Moore were sentenced earlier this year to 22 months in prison for the crimes.
