National Weather Service to Survey Damage

The Muskingum County Emergency Management Agency Director is out surveying the area Wednesday morning.

This follows storms that brought tornado warnings, wind and rain to our area.

Muskingum County EMA Director Jeff Jadwin said that currently many of the roadways in the county remain covered by high water. He also said that the National Weather Service will be in the area Wednesday to look into two possible areas that may have been impacted by tornadoes. Those areas include Coon Ridge in Chandlersville and North River road West at Fairview. Heavy damage in that area has been reported.
