New Construction At Northpointe
Ground has been broken and walls are going up for a new business in the Northpointe Center in Zanesville.
City Zoning Administrator Pat Denbow says approval for the project went through about three weeks ago and construction has started for the building that will hold two retail spaces. “The Zaremba Group, who are the developers of the Northpointe Center have been approved for a 6,000 square foot multi-tenant building. Its to be constructed in an out parcel in front of Kohl’s and Home Depot.”
Denbow says the Northpointe Center is booming right now, making it a prime place for a new business. As for what will be going into the building once finished? “The building is to have two retail spaces and 3,500 sq. Ft. of that will be housed by Aspen Dental, the other space hasn’t been announced yet, Zaremba is going to be marketing it for perspective tenants.”
Denbow says since the building is zoned C-4 Highway Commercial, there is a multitude of potential tenants that could fill the other space.
