Noble Co. Drug Arrest

Belle Valley- A traffic stop led to the recovery of drugs in Noble County. It took place in Belle Valley on Friday when a deputy observed a car fail to stop at a stop sign. The vehicle had four occupants and the deputy noticed a female passenger was very nervous.
That passenger, 29-year-old Amber Lott, of Elizabeth, West Virginia, was the owner of the vehicle. She was told to exit the vehicle and she handed the deputy a small purse containing what she said was heroin. She was arrested and transported to the Noble County Jail. Her bond is set at $125,000.
During the search of the vehicle detectives uncovered a clear bag containing a large amount of white powder, which tested positive for Fentanyl and weighed around 2.5 ounces.
While identifying the rest of the occupants, a passenger Danzell Sullivan was found to have an outstanding warrant out of Summit County for a weapons violation. He was taken into custody to be held for Summit County.
