ZANESVILLE – This is what’s known as a seller’s market according to Shield Property Management Services. There are not many houses that are for sale in Muskingum County so now is your chance o make a profit for your property.

“In Muskingum County, residential listings are now… I think there is about 84 active listings so there’s not a lot of stuff out there and that’s between about 15 thousand and 1.5 million so there’s a big range but there’s not that many in there,” realtor Angi Nicholopoulos said.

Nicholopoulos shares tips for residents who are considering buying a new home.

“When you are looking to buy a home, first and foremost, talk to a lender. You can’t really start to look for a home until you know how much you can afford. So, first and foremost, talk to a lender and then talk to a realtor like myself,” Nicholopoulos said.
