ODOT Updates Projects in Muskingum County

Muskingum Co-  The Interstate 70 reconstruction project continues to progress through Zanesville.

Earlier this week the Ohio Department of Transportation opened the Underwood Street on-ramp to Interstate 70. The Underwood traffic patterns have been restored to normal conditions.

On Monday, November 11, ODOT expects the 7th Street exit ramp to close to traffic. The 7th Street ramp will not close until after the 5th Street ramp is re-opened.

ODOT also said State Route 60 South is now open to through traffic. ODOT said the project reconstructed State Route 60 between Duncan Falls and the Muskingum/Morgan County line.

ODOT said there is still some work to be done in that area next year, including paving.
