Ohio Good Sam Camp Club To Hold Annual Fundraiser

The Ohio Good Sam Camp Club will be enjoying the outdoors for an upcoming good cause.

May 8th through the 10th, the non profit organization will be holding their annual camp out. This year, the event will be taking place at the Muskingum County Fairgrounds. Staff of the Ohio Good Sam Camp Club, Pat Musselman told us what the event would entail.

“We actually keep them pretty busy every hour of the day. We have tours, we have entertainment on staff on the grounds here. We have entertainment on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings, they come in and partake in it. We have a meal. Of course the meal is paid for separately. ”

All of the money raised goes toward different local charities. Musselman says there are many other benefits to taking part in the event that go along with helping others in the community.

“It’s good for our Good Sam Camp Club and it’s also good for the community. The main thing is to entertain people and just the camaraderie and being together and associating with different people.”
